CLIENT BILL OF RIGHTS
Our clients have the right:
-
To be able to speak with Charley when they have questions and receive a prompt response to their phone call or e-mail.
-
To know that Charley’s clients' interests come first: he works for his clients, not the other way around, and he owes his clients a duty to put their interests before anybody else’s interests, including his own.
-
To be kept up to date on the status of their case. Charley provides a monthly status report to his clients so they know exactly where their case is in the process and if there is anything holding up progress.
-
To demand and expect that they will be treated in the most professional and respectful way possible but everyone involved in their case.
-
To demand the ultimate level of professionalism and competence be used in the prosecution of their case.
-
To be informed and counseled about every part of their case, including the good and the bad.
-
To have a full explanation of the fee agreement, including a written copy.
-
To make the ultimate decision on their case. Charley will never make a big decision without your input and direction in your case. He works for you. At every stage of the process, Charley provides his client with a detailed explanation of the choices they have and the information they need to make an informed choice, including a professional opinion of what those choices would mean.
